Getting started

Elite Amenity Management is the incoming amenity management company for Club 333. The on-site team will support daily operations, resident programming, wellness, aquatics, and amenity hospitality in partnership with building management.

Elite Amenity Management officially begins serving Club 333 on September 1, 2026.

Residents can expect a refreshed service experience, new communication, and evolving programming. Existing access and policies remain in effect unless a specific update is announced.

Access & membership

Access remains available to eligible residents and authorized household members according to The HUB Brooklyn’s existing policies.

Guest access remains subject to the building’s current limits, fees, registration requirements, and resident-accompaniment rules.

Any new profile, waiver, or app activation requirements will be shared with residents before they take effect.

Fitness & pool

Current hours remain in effect while final operating and staffed hours are confirmed. Seasonal and holiday updates will be shared in advance.

Yes. Elite plans to introduce rotating wellness programming such as yoga, strength, mobility, aquatics, and specialty workshops.

The pool may close for cleaning, maintenance, water-quality balancing, inspections, or urgent safety needs.

Reservations

Select lounges, meeting areas, entertainment rooms, and outdoor areas may be reservable. Final capacities, pricing, and windows will be published before bookings open.

The booking method is being finalized. Residents will receive a direct link and instructions.

Final cancellation windows and terms will be posted before the new reservation process launches.
